Just a quick bump of this thread because i'm really confused by this! The whole jar has 130cals total so i have been going off the 20cals=1 syn theory making it 7 syns?? Does anybody know if they have changed the recipe?? i dont want to be consuming extra syns without knowing it! Thakyou!!

It culd be changes to the recipe or size of the jar. I would go with the nutritional info on the jar you have.

ETA it looks like the jar is now 120g instead of the 200mls quoted above

My jar is actually 195g but definitely says 130cals so good to know i should go by that!
