how do i get a ticket !!!!

hi all - have been posting on here for a few weeks now and its great to see your 'tickers' how do i get one myself - am on LL and have lost 17lbs in 3 weeks

very easy click on my ticker and you can create your own then when you have finished add the code to your signture click on user cp the select edit signtaure the code you need is the code for easybords etc, any probs give us a yell
