Turkey and cumin meatballs

Turkey and Cumin Meatballs Served on Pasta Twists. (Extra Easy – 0 syns :D)

Turkey mince
Cumin Powder – half tsp
One beaten egg
Pasatta – one box
Peas, Onions, Mushrooms and Sweetcorn
Garlic - one clove crushed
Mixed dried herbs or Italian herbs - 1tsp
Pasta – dried 70-80g per person
Frylight
H.E Cheese – Optional
Method
In a bowl add the egg and cumin to the mince, mix well. Heat a frying pan with fry light, create ‘meatballs’ from the mince mixture and brown them off in the frying pan, add the garlic, onions and mushrooms and brown off. Add the Pasatta, Peas, Sweetcorn and dried herbs and turn down heat, put lid on pan and simmer for 25-30 mins – ensure meatballs are cooked through.
Whilst sauce is simmering boil pasta as per the instructions on the packet. Serve Meatballs and Sauce on top of the drained Pasta – Enjoy (if you have a Healthy Extra left – top with grated cheese)
