After my +0.5lb on last week I decided that doing an online diary just isn't for me (on the body optimise website) I actually printed out the food planner and wrote everything down.
A loss of 2lb this week! Yay this takes me to bang on 1stone lost. In my personal opinion, SW is so much easier than WW, so happy I changed back!
