Help and Advice please Craving fruit ++++

I want to be fitter again
Now on week three. Still getting really hungry. I had a lovely dinner of chicken, potatoes, green beans, carrots, cauliflower and cabbage but I am so wanting something like melon and raspberies but have no points left.
I have been trying to have 4 points for breakfast including milk allowance, 1 points worth of fruit mid morning, 4 points for lunch, an apple on my drive home for 1/2 point, 5 points for dinner and a treat food such as meringue nest with yogurt for 11/2 points.
How do people deal with their hunger. At the weekend I walked in excess of 15 miles and ate the equivelent activity points but my weight was static this week. i feel if I exercise I need more food which almost defeats the object.
Any tips or advice would be most welcome thank you xx

I am on more points than you and must admit that I dont get hungry very often.

I would have more veg to fill up with, maybe make some 0 point soup, salad or stir fries. Sugar free jelly may just hit the sweet mark

I dont earn many activity points myself but if eating them all is affecting your weight loss, maybe just eat some of them if you really need to. I know this doesnt help your hungry issue but at least the weight will continue to come off.

Keep at it and try experimenting with those 0 point foods. Good luck

Hi,
Before I started WW about a month ago now I was low carbing for a few years. Didn't eat any fruit in that time until last September whilst on holidays when I decided to buy a bag of lovely looking apples and oranges. Well all I can say is after the first apple and orange all hell broke loose. The sugar cravings came back in such a rush that I found myself craving sugar big time. By the end of the week I was shoveling bars of dark chocolate into me. This continued for about a few months when came back home - the dark choc that is not the fruit. I managed to get this under control after Christmas last and now I never eat fruit which is a shame because I adore it. I found this book by a nutritionalist called Zoe Harcombe after Christmas. She's all about cutting out processed food. Kicks all the cravings. You are allowed fruit but only berries. I tend to stick to her way of eating and keep with my points of 19 per day. Seems to be working ok. Those months of sugar addiction were hell for me, never want to go back to that. All I can blame it on was the fruit consumption which led to binge fest of everything sweet. Sorry for long winded reply but I hope I've been of some help to you.x
