Right, I just don't know what to do!:sigh:

I started my quest to lose weight like.. ages ago! Started seriously watching what I was eating, cut out all junk foods. Joined the gym and been going 3-4 times a week. I felt like I was doing really well, except...

It's not working!

Seriously, I've lost about 1lb since starting and so feel ridiculous.. Where am I going wrong? :(
 
Aw tough stuff.
Um, have you checked the calories in stuff? Theres loads of calories in things that you think are actually healthy, it's mad.
Maybe you should also go by measurements rather than weight as if you're going to the gym you're probably building muscle, which is heavier than fat.
Hope that things start to look up :)
