Does anyone out there know if shop bought falafel are free or how many syns they have?

I saw that there was a recipe for it on the SW website but wondered about the ready made versions??

Basic/Non Branded Foods Falafel, fried in oil 28g

1 Syns on Extra Easy

Original 2½ Syns

Green 1 Syns

If you have a manfufacturer/shop i could find moreaccurate syns

I looked them up and got the nutritional info and put it through the calculator. They are 2 syns each.

Cauldron foods organic falafel standard size are 1 syn each by the way - I looked it up on the SW website earlier...

Ooh .... that sounds more like it!

I love them with salad and Tsatziki and they are really filling so will give them a try.
