im thinking of having ryvita for lunch, with soft cheese spread does this come in my b box

Yes you can use ryvitas for your HEXb. How many are you going to have? The amount depends on what type of ryvita you have.

Can do, but the fat content of the cheese will affect how much you are allowed as a Hex
