slimmer of the week n month

hey can someone please tell me how u get these awards as last night in my class there was a girl that lost 4lb and another 2lb but the girl who lost 2 got sotw?

can u not get sotw on ur first wi because the girl who lost 4lb was on her first WI

You can only get sotw if it's not your first week and you either lost weight the week before or stayed the same (so not if you gained the previous week).

yep you cant win slimmer of the week if its your first week.
you can only win it if you lost or stayed the same the week before.

slimmer of the month im not too sure about as ive only heard of it once in the 14 weeks ive been going!!
