:wave_cry:I loved my vibro plate but now that I'm pregnant I can't use it so it's time to say good bye - sad really cause I really felt like it was helping my weightloss alot. :cry::cry::cry:

Congrats Alia... but just a thought - I didn't think you are supposed to do SW if you are pregnant? Have you checked that out with your consultant?

You can do SW pregnant there's a page on the website about it.

Sorry about the vibroplate Alia but they'll be time after.

I've started PowerPlate at the gym, did a session today mixed with interval training and god the burn was amazing!!!
Roll on thurs for the next session
