Hi

I had a Starbucks Three Bean and Cheese wrap today for lunch. Can anyone tell me the syns for this please? I have done a search already on minimins and couldn't find it. Any help gratefully received

Can't seem to find it on the SW website.. your best bet with anything like that is to keep the packaging with all the nutritional values and then someone can calculate it for you

Hi Stacey,

Thanks for your reply. I ended up calling the SW hotline with the info and they calculated it at 22 syns . I have deducted 6 syns for a HEX so it has gone down to 16, but I don't think I shall be having these very often! x

Can you deduct 6 syns for the wrap bit? I thought you could only do that with bread for sandwiches?

No, can't deduct 6 syns for the wrap itself. I deducted 6 syns for the cheese that was in it though and counted it as a HEX. Still a lot of syns for a small wrap though!
