Low Carb Newbie looking for meal & snack ideas

Hi there, Im currently trying to plan a menu for next week so I can start a low carb diet.
Im initially planning 2 meal replacements (breakfast & lunch) to kick start my diet.

I also work shifts so I need ideas for meals and snacks please.

Id love to see your food diaries if poss - im very grateful for any advice!!

Are you looking to low carb/low fat and lowcarb and not counting the fat?

I can point you in both directions as Ive done both :D
 
I love john west mackeral spicy, curry or just tomato sauce, tesco.
Or chicken breast, boiled eggs or tuna (these are a bit dry) . Not sure if it's proper low carbs but Tesco 3 seed mix is mega, it gives me loads of energy
