Im new to this site, just happened to stumble upon it. Thing is ive been doing the green SW plan since March 1st 2010, and ive lost 1/2 stone then gained 4IIB, ive not cheated at all, ive not even had all my syns, I excersise every day, with the exception to weekends, i take off, but im still active doing the garden and loads of housework.I weigh and measure all that needs to be, I power walk 6/7 miles and incorperate interval training, BUT I also used a DVD Jari Loves Ripped, which is excellent and I thouroughly love it, But unfortunatly Ive has to give it a miss as I think this is to blame for my gains, as I was giving my body more stregnth training than cardio......has anyone else suffered this dilemma, I would love to hear your hints and tips, I want to see the scales go down this week, not up >HELP!!! I drink plenty of water too..which is suppose to help & green tea!
