Vending Machine Coffee

I have no idea why, by vending machine coffee is one of my biggest weaknesses. I LOVE it.

I've just started a new job where they have my favourite brand of (free) vending machine coffee: Tchibo.

Can't find any syns listed anywhere, so could anyone give a rough estimate of how they'd syn a vending machine cappucino?

Hi hun, I'm not sure but think this is about the closest thing to it? I'm guessing its milky coffee you have rather than black? As black would be free...

Coffeemate is 1 syn per level teaspoon for the lite version if I recall properly.

Hmmm, we too have a free vend drinks machine at work and I sometimes have tea from the machine, does this mean I should really syning it too?

I'm not in the office very often thankfully and generally work from home however i would be really interested to know what people think

if you are drinking it black with no sugar it will be fine, but if you are having it milky, creamy or with sugar, then it will be synned. As for how many syns though is impossible to know, it could be quite highly synned.

Can you not bring your own milk and sweetener?

I would normally have white tea no sugar.... I will now be parting with some money and going to the cafe bar where i can get a cup of tea with skimmed milk!
