Are Quorn bacon rashers free or do we need to syn them. I am having some for lunch with tomatoey, scrambled egg ( cook tomatoes first and then add the egg to scramble them )

That is excellent news as I only had 3 rashers from the 150gm. pack. still 5 to go before I have had my half a sin.

Are the free frozen ones the plain bacon style rashers? There's quite a lot of confusing info on here, but it looks like the extra flavoured frozen ones are the ones with syns. Is that right?! Be made up if the plain, normal ones are free

Smoky Bacon Style Slices, frozen, 150g pack 6½
Bacon Style Pieces, chilled/frozen, 100g Free

The bacon style pieces are very nice.

The frozen are 6.5 syns for the whole pack and the chilled are 0.5 for the pack, that's the values in my directory anyhoo.

The ones I have aren't smoky bacon though. They're just called Quorn bacon style rashers

I thought they were free then saw a post saying they were 0.5 each. I still treat them as free as I always was and was still having good weight loss. I only have a couple a week so don;t think I'm causing massive problems.

They're the frozen ones, but just plain. Not smoky flavoured or anything.

Those are the ones I think are free There is a thread on here somewhere with details of the syn values of most quorn products.

I'll search when I get home later.

Well I've counted them as free till I'm told differently I have had a quick search through the Quorn threads, but couldn't find anything about these plain ones.
