I have made a totally "SIN FREE" cheesecake, the base still needs perfecting but the topping is to die for !!!
For the base: i used crushed scanbran mixed with muller light vanilla yogurt, refridgerated overnight to firm up (it wasnt that firm but was ok)
For the topping: i used a tub of Quark, half a tub of fat free fromage frias, a vanilla pod, zest and juice of a lemon, vanilla essence and candarel mix all togther spoon onto base and refridgerate overnight
i made 12 individual one using cake cases and a muffin tin
