Starting on Tuesday

Hello all,

Brilliant forum, think it will prove invaluable if I am to succeed.

I am starting Stage 2 on Tuesday next week, the temptation of a football filled weekend on a bank holiday would be too much of a test, seems I am a chicken already :sigh:

I am male, 37 and weighed in at a massive 20st 1lb which was a big shock, need to lose around 5 1/2 stones which will be a challenge, but I have heard that men lose weight quicker than women so fingers crossed.

Will no doubt become a regular contributor as I have a thing about forums
