Quick question

Hi

Ive only been doing this for 2 days & I already messed up yesterday! lol!!

Today, I have eaten

1 Apple
2 Slices of warburton wholemeal (HE)
3 Quorn sausages
1 breast of chicken
Semi skimmed (HE)
Syns: 3 (ketchup & oil)

I was planning to make this a red day as the E.Easy is a tad confusing!

However, I REALLY fancy turning the extra chicken & have into chicken noodle soup.
On Green... a pack of noodles is free... so if I had this, would I still be in line to achieve a E.Easy day?

Im sure it seems obvious to everyone else, but ur help on this is appreciated!

As long as you have only had 1 hea and 1 heb it could be an EE day except that you don't seem to have had much veg and fruit.
 
If you want to turn this into an EE day you need to make sure you have 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods & so far you've not had that.

You could have 113grms (raw weight) chicken as a hexb which would leave you to syn the rest of the chicken & it works out at 2.5syns per 28grms cooked chicken.

If you really want the chicken noodle soup the & have an EE day you need more superspeed.

Personally I save the chicken noodle soup for tomorrow & have the chicken as a hexb.
 
Just put a load of veg into the soup or you could do it as a stir fry with peppers and mushrooms. It might be an idea to start a food diary and then we can all see what you are having and if and when you go wrong.
