Hi there 
I'm off to Frankie and Bennys tonight before going to see Eclipse and I was wondering if anybody knows how many syns are likely to be in the warm chicken salad? Here's the description:
Warm Chicken salad
Chicken breast pieces with red onion and mushrooms, glazed in soy sauce on a bed of mixed leaves with cucumber, peppers and tomatoes. Served with garlic ciabatta bread on the side.
I do EE, and from the description it seems ok, but I'm not sure about hidden syns! Also, does anybody know how many syns would be in the garlic ciabatta?
