Extra Easy Picnic ideas

Hubby and I are celebrating 18 years tomorrow (yes, we are going out for a meal night), and we thought it would be nice to have a picnic tomorrow. I'm wanting to make it EE. Fruit, sandwiches, pasta salad, SW quiche. We even have a small bottle of WeightWatchers wine at 4 syns each. Any ideas or recipes would be great.
