Time for a new start .........

Hi all, I have been here a while ago a couple of times and have made progress, gone backwards a few times.

Over the last few months I have started to exercise and have apart from the odd occasion when I go out have stopped drinking. In general I am starting to feel tons better; although little has changed in my weight bar a couple of pounds lost.

I am determined to crack this and get slim once and for all and will be here to keep track of my progress.

OK, off to attempt week 2, day 1!

Mini Goals:
  • Get to week 5 of the couch to 5k program (currently at end week 1)
  • Swim a mile in 45 mins (currently at 58mins)
  • Weigh 13 stone something .......
  • Fit into a size 18
 

Breakfast:
Tea w/ semi skimmed milk 15kcal

Lunch:
Tea w/ semi skimmed milk 15 kcal
Pink low sugar weak Vimto
Hard Boiled Egg 74Kcal
2 pieces toast 190 kcal

Excercise:
Couch to 5km Program Week 2, Day 1

All the best with your weightloss, the couch to 5k programme sounds interesting. Never heard of it before, but what an achievement. Look forward to Reading your diary and seeing your progress.

what's the couch to 5k? I mean it's pretty self explanatry, but who runs it? Is it for charity or something? Sounds interesting.

Well worth a look at.

So, as of today weight remains exactly the same. However, jogging is going well and have now completed. Week 3, day 1 and am aiming to go out tomorrow morning.

Feeling tons better about myself xxx
