Hi all, I have been here a while ago a couple of times and have made progress, gone backwards a few times.
Over the last few months I have started to exercise and have apart from the odd occasion when I go out have stopped drinking. In general I am starting to feel tons better; although little has changed in my weight bar a couple of pounds lost.
I am determined to crack this and get slim once and for all and will be here to keep track of my progress.
OK, off to attempt week 2, day 1!

- Get to week 5 of the couch to 5k program (currently at end week 1)
- Swim a mile in 45 mins (currently at 58mins)
- Weigh 13 stone something .......
- Fit into a size 18
