syn help please - Costa Coffee Iced Latte

Hiya, had my first iced latte today from Costa Coffee. Wondered if anyone knows the syn value for a primo (small) skinny one? Can I use it as a HEXA?

Well I just use it as a HEA as it is just milk and coffee - just make sure you dont get the flavoured ones as they are just sugar syrup added.

Thanks. I delibrately didn't get the syrup although I love the Vanilla one! Just put sweetener in it so thats great that I can use it as a HEXA. Will have one more often!
