Indian help

Think DH and I are going out for an Indian on Saturday. Can anyone help me on syns value please. Have looked at SW online but the syn values seem to be for original and green and I'm on EE:confused:

Would normally have 1 poppadum and the chutneys and pickles, chicken or prawn pathia with pilau rice and some garlic naan, a 1/4 at the most. I then always want a kulfi:eek:

I'm going to ask for the curry to be cooked ghee free.

if you do EE you just take the lowest syn value out of red and green.

for example, if something is 10 syns on green but only 5 syns on red, you count it as 5 syns on EE :)

i hope thats helpful for you! enjoy your meal xx

I tend to opt for 1 poppadom at 4.5 syns (I belive), mango chutney small amount 2 syns and then the onions and cucumber mix (count as free).
Started I would have a sheek kebab or if shami (coated in egg) count as 1 syn or even the tandoori chicken starter - free.
For main course I opt for either chicken jalfrezi (8.5) or chicken dhansak (6.5) and plain boiled rice.
I cant eat nan breads due to my gastric band, so dont feel left out with that and Im usually too stuffed them for a dessert of any kind!

I hope this helps?

Thank you both:)

Also found out that DH wants to go to Toby Carvery tonight as he's had a heck of a week at work! Don't think that will be bad as the meat and veg will be free I think. Will have a small yorkshire pudding instead of a large one and not have the chocolate fudge cake!
