Dont miss me too much!

Hey so i know i dont go away til Sat morning but i am so rushed off my feet gettin things done im gonna say my good-byes now. I will miss this forum for the week im away and cant wait to get back and read how uve all been doing!

Mark, be good cos im gonna come back even fresher and more determined before....the competition is onnn!

I hope you have a fantastic time and we'll really miss you over the next week.
Just enjoy yourself, as you said you only get one holiday a year so don't spoil it by worrying about the diet. It'll still be here when you get back - and so will we!
