Sainsbury's BGTY green pesto

I made a brilliant discovery today. After not eating pesto since starting SW, I discovered the Sainsbury's bgty one today and it's only 1 syn per tablespoon!!! Result!!!
I had a massive bowl of pasta with 3 tbsps of pesto tonight, all for only 3 syns. How good is that??

I love pesto, but Ive been cutting it down. In meals I have none, but if Im just having a bowl of pasta (one of my fave foods) I just put on 1 teaspoon (I read that there are 4 tsp in 1 tbsp) just to taste.

How much more expensive is it? I believe in Tesco/Asda that it is a good deal higher in price. I dont usually go to sainsbury's, but I might make a quick trip if its not too expensive.

I always mix mine with half quark as well, you get the gorgeous pesto taste, a really creamy sauce, and it's only half the syns!! x

Just to clarify, it's the chilled bottle that is 1syn, and the jar one is 1.5! still 2 syns better than sacla though!! awesome!!

According to the newest food directory the be good to yourself green pesto in a jar is 1 syn per tablespoon. Just double checked in case I was mistaken.
