Week 2 weigh in this morning and lost 10.5lbs, I note the 0.5 because i set myself a target of 10 and that takes it over
I hammered the exercise last week and am now shattered, a day off i think........
Hat's off to all of you would can stick with this for months, I'm doing it for 28 days then onto a no carb diet.
Past the half way mark now and i'm counting the days down.
This forum has been fantastic and ready everyone's stories has definitely kept me 100% so thanks guys!!!
