Fish portion size

I wasn't sure where to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place. Am getting my online shopping done and want to order some fish, cod, haddock etc but what do I need per person. There's four adults. Thanks

It's difficult to say. I personally get one fillet for my and little one, and two fillets for husband? Not sure if that helps!
