I was wondering if anyone knew the syn values for a barrats nougat bar?

And also i recall streamline strawberry jam being low in syns, does anyone know the exact value for this too?

If this is the right one your thinking of then it seems it is quite high in syns!! This value is per 28g!! xx

A big trick with branded items is to google them,

i.e google nougat and look at images to find the brand (Barrett) then search for that on SW online.

Its a pain in the bum sometimes, esp with chocolate and sweets!!! xx

WOW that would be 21.5 syns!!! I think it's wise to give it a miss lol

Or maybe chop it into smaller amounts to have ever now and again xx

Im glad i didnt just eat it!! I ended up having toast instead as i realised i hadn't had both HXB's.
