Harleys light strawberry jelly (8cals) & teaspoon of 0% greek yogurt (30cals?)
tea
king prawns (57cals)& salad with 2 tbsp light ceaser dressing (18cals)in light choice wrap (170cals) large green salad & pickled onions + 1 tsp of light dressing
1 satsuma (25cals)

evening
1 ricecake & extra light philly
glass of skimmed milk as not had any today
