Slowly but surely!
Though doing a diary would keep me on the straight and narrow! I have been maintaining a previous loss for a year now but the odd pound here and there is creeping on and I cannot get back into the TFR thing! So I am going to follow WW to loose the remaining bulges lol

Skimmed Milk Allowance - 2

B - Crunchy Nut - 3

L - WW Bagel (2) WW Tuna (1) Ryvita Minis (1) - 4

S - Pear 1/2, fruit and nut choc bar 1 1/2 - 2

D - Birdseye Fish Pie (4) Veg (1) Yoghurt (1) Apple (1/2) - 6 1/2

Late night snack - Choc Bar 1 1/2

Total used today = 19/23
