New member 1st weigh in

hi am sarah ive been reading all your weight loss stories and there so inspiring!! so i thought id start writing mine in....

started 29/6/10 weighing 19st 4lbs

week 1 -11lbs:D

i also started kickboxing in january but never dieted so didnt really notice a diffence only in fitness! i am hoping this will help with weight loss, we will soon find out next weigh in, as i havent been for a few weeks!

Today is my first day on Lipotrim and i am hopeful that in my first weigh in I will have done as well as you. Congratulations and keep going :)
 
great first weigh in sarah! this diet is hard at the best of times! but you see great results when you stick to it, just stay strong :) good luck for your next weigh in and welcome to the forum x

Well done!!!

I found the first few weeks really hard, but I am feeling great after loosing 5stone 13lbs. Just take every day as it comes don't think about the length of time as this can be quite daunting.

Keep going and you will get there!!! YOU will feel fantastic and healthy.
