I've come to confess!

Well guys, I caved well and truely last night!

Me and the girls went to the cinema, and I started out with the best intentions of just getting a bottle of Diet Coke and no food. Then they all went into the Sweet Factory. And some how I ended up getting a pick n mix.....I only ate half of it before feeling really sick though, so that's something at least! And I also ate a small chocolate muffin brought by my friend.

So, I caved. No will power at all. And today I am feeling SO ill it's unreal. Too much sugar methinks. Drinking lots of water to see if it'll make me feel better.

So there is my confession. Line has been drawn under it, and I am back on plan 100% sticking to only 5 syns a day, with lots of free/super speed foods and exercise. Hopefully I can pull it back before WI on Saturday and actually get a loss.

Someone slap my wrists please? Naughty Geordie!

Sometimes life gets in the way eh? You could use flexi syns next time you're going out to the cinema, that way you know you can have x amount of syns and then just go straight back to doing your usual thing the next day. Or plan ahead! If I'm going to the cinema I stock up on low syn things like Mikados, weight watchers crisps, Snack a Jack popcorn, pink n whites etc, that way I can still have the sweets I just don't have to use all of my syns for them.

If possible try to calculate the syns you had last night and take them away from the 105 weekly limit. Then you know how many syns you have left for the rest of the week and as long as you don't go over that you can still have a good loss.
If you give yourself 5 syns a day you could be going over your weekly allowence without realising.
A lot of sweets are 1syn each so you may be pleasantly suprised at how many syns you have left- I know I have been!
