help pls for a desperate women

hi ladies

would someome pls rescue me cause im that hungry i could eat a horse and chase the jockey!!!!!

now its my fault i havent planned today very well and in haste rushed in morrisons and bought a tin of morrisons own brand stewed steak in gravy.( in a yellow tin).

reamber a thread where it told you what syns this is, but can i bugger find it and i think im going insane looking for it now.

thanks in advance for any help on this one. one day i will be organised and have my meals prepared and ready in advance.
