It is quite a while since I went to Legoland, but my recollection is that there were lots of healthy choices if you look carefully. I do remember jacket potatoes with a variety of toppings to choose from. And there were definitely salads.

There are plenty of places to sit and eat if you want to take your own food with you.

On the other hand - there was also the Movenpick icecream!!!!!

I had a look at the Legoland website and there is loads of information about the food that they serve:

Restaurants - LEGOLAND Windsor

Click on the link to each restaurant and some more information appears including a link to documents which give you all the nutritional information you could possibly need about each dish. It is really very detailed.

The website is also a very good source of information about planning your visit, including a map you can download - it is a big place with a lot to see so it is worth doing a bit of research beforehand so you don't miss anything.

If you don't mind paying a bit extra, you can avoid some of the queues - see
Q-BOT VIRTUAL QUEUING - LEGOLAND Windsor

Have fun!!!
