Starting tomorrow!!!YAY!!!

I am seriously considering starting again.

I have tried every diet going loads of times am=nd I fail every time.

I have done lighterlife 3 times and cambridge too many times to remember. The thing is I am finally realising all diets are hard to stick to regardless of what they are. I am trying to get it into my head to just get my head down and do it once and for all. I have been doing slimfast for the last few weeks and been doing ok, until this weekend!! Binged again on absolute crap.

I need to stop it once and for all and need to shift a load of this weight as quick as possible.

So I 'may' be joining you this week, if I do it will be Tuesday as I can see CDC tomorrow night to top up my supplies.

Im starting today so would love to do it with you, as i need all the support I can get. Ive started it a few times lately and I manage to get to day 3 and then for some reason I eat, so this is it today, I am going to do it and I will not fail.

I want to lose 4 stone at least so its gonna be a journey but I will love the results x x x
