Been to Nandos today.

I've been to birmingham today to meet a friend for a bit of shopping and we had a Nandos for lunch it was absolutely gorgeous.
The only problem is i have no ideas how to syn it any ideas??
I had the chicken which shouldn't be too bad and a small spicy rice i'm on a ea day.
I've never been to nandos before but am definately converted

they dont have many syn values, but here is something i found

Thanks thats great i also found another thread that says the spicy rice is free on ee and green. i know where i want people to go on nights out in future

I think spicy rice is 4 syns but don't quote me on that.

Taking my little sister there next Monday as part of her birthday night out (taking her to see Chipmunk after, god help me!)

Think I'll be having a chicken breast fillet with spicy rice. Naughty, but nowhere near as naughty as what I'd normally eat!
