Thinking of moving up a plan

I've been on SS for a few weeks and my daughter (who is 4) has gone very funny with her food, she used to eat everything we gave her and we've had no problems with her, she started asking why I wasn't eating what she was having (I sit at the table with a soup or shake) and I explained that I was eating but I was having different from her and daddy so I could get a bit slimmer and (probably shouldn't of said that but she got me on the spot) but now she's only eating a bit of food off her plate (also refusing to eat at lunch times and eating only a little at breakfast).

I was wondering if I moved up to the 810 plan and are there any recipies which would be suitable for family meals (obviously would be adding extra's such as carbs to their portions) then she would see that I am actually eating with her.

I wouldn't consider moving up a plan if this one is working for you.

With regards to your daughter I'd sit her down and explain how you aren't as healthy as you are meant to be and the things you are eating will help you be a healthier person which is better for you. Even say to her that you didn't eat healthy things which was making your body not very happy. Explain to her that her food is healthy and she needs it to grow big and strong and once you are healthy you'll be eating with her soon.

I have a six year old so know where you are coming from, I get from him 'how come mummy you are eating healthy but just drinking hot chocolate' lol

As for 810 plan, incorporating into family meals it depends what you cook for everyone else eg yesterday for lunch I had a tin of tuna, 1 tblsp of cucumber and 10ml salad dressing. Tea was a measured amount of chicken 2 tblsp of mushroom and 10ml salad dressing. Although you can be adventurous with it if you want (I'm not lol).

Hope that helps in some way )
