Any advice welcomed

Hi all, i am doing ww but i am finding it difficult as i only have 17 pts a day.I was thinking of counting calories as i am struggling with ww and my weight hasn't moved for a good few weeks. Is there anyone else on 17pts and how do you manage. Any advice and suggestions welcome. :)
 
I am on 16 points a day and when i put my foods into www.myfitnesspal.com the calories come out at around 1100. Points are just another way of counting calories. However it did show me that i wasn't eating enough protein and since I have taken that on board I am nowhere near as hungry now. Good luck xx
