Syn Value Help Please - Asda Fresh Taste Sauces

Hiya

Can anyone help me please, I have brought three stir fry sauces from the Asda Fresh Taste range but can't find the syn values online or in the directory.

Soy & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
Chinese Curry Stir Fry Sauce
Sweet chilli stir fry sauce

Has anybody had these before and know the values?

As you are a SW member why not just use the syn calculator on the website to work them out? It's there for those things that aren't listed.

If anyone has the Syn Value of the Soy&Garlic sauce I'd appreciate it. (I am guessing at 4 for 100ml) I cannot look it up on the syn calculator as I am 'going it alone' Thanks
