lol well i thought i should keep a diary
since i started to keep track of what im eating altho in this past week i was away from hom i only lost 1lb im dissapointed altho i knwo i ate diffrent food i did get more excercise .. oh well today i had a ww yougurt for brekkie a cheese and ham pannini for lunch 481 and i was bad i stoped at wrk and enede up with a mars shake ! 515 :O so looks liek a ww mexican dinner lol be about 300 so i guess im a lill over my target but i did walk around town and clean the house today lol so .. lots of moving about lol
