Freezing Food?????

I was thinking of making a load of SW Tikka sauce without the quorn with fromage frais also some hash brown type items with egg in them.... Would i be ok to freeze them once cooked and reheat within 3 months?

What do you think??

Are you following a recipe? If so, it should tell you whether it is suitable for freezing or not.
I wouldn't have thought the hash browns would freeze well, nor the sauce with fromage frais. I'd make the sauce without, freeze it and then add prior to serving next time.
 
Good idea on the sauce, atleast the base is done and will save me time :)
