Hi All
Well here I am for the second time.
All was going well, and I lost just under 2 stone. However, my father became ill and eventually passed away after nearly 3 months in hospital - even though the doctors were telling me, I never believed it.....
During that time, I was at the hospital every day and forgot all about my new lifestyle. Since then have had a lot of people inviting me to parties and bbqs etc to try and shift my mind off things.
But things move on and so must I.
