Found this website while searching for Slimming World recipes and have been hooked for 2 days reading the posts. I have just started doing Slimming World (WI on a Monday) and mostly doing EE or green days.


I have also just relearnt to ride a bike for the first time in over 20 years and aiming to walk up Snowden in October without struggling.
 
That's a great goal to work for. Have fun on here and remember to jump in and post your views, not just read them all or we will never got to know you :D

Good luck with Slimming World - is it your first time with them?

I started two months ago for the second time (first was 5 years ago) and so far so very good - I've picked up lots of info here as the plan changed slightly over the years it seems a lot easier this time with the Extra Easy option - that was my starting point and I'm going to dive in with Red and Green to mix it up from now on.

I used the magazines a lot before and had friends who did SW so picked up a lot of things from them. I tried WW but points is not my thing easily confused. This seems to be working well for me so far never felt hungry yet.
 
Hi there, congrats on getting on your bike again! And what a challenge you've set yourself, walking up Snowden!

I'm following SW too. Are you enjoying it?
 
Loving slimming world not like any other diet I have tried in the past, I need to make a badge though telling everyone "yes I can eat this much and lose weight!". I cant wait to climb Snowden we are away at a Haven site with a swimming pool and really want to look good in a swimsuit.

Thanks for the link for the July challenge, I have joined 2 already and will sign up for a 3rd anything that keeps me on track!!
