Need some ideas for using lamb mince for dinner, had spag bol yesterday so don't fancy meatballs with spagetti which is my usual dish with lamb mince. just did a quick shope yesterday after getting back from my hols so didn't really plan properly. Also gotta be toddler friendly too so not overly spicy.

Hope u have some great sugesstions out there for me . Thanks

Why don't you make some mild lamb kebabs - just mix the lamb up with some chopped onion, mint, cumin and any other spices your little one will eat.
Then make sausage shapes and stick around a skewer and grill.

Or a shepherds pie would be nice too...

I've used minced lamb alot in chilli concarne, does n't have to be spicy.

fry in fry light with lazy garlic.lazy chilli, salt, pinch mixed herbs,Drain off any fat.Add tin whizzed chopped tomatoesand i/2 pint beef stock(i like bovril).Add chopped onion, mushrooms (optional) and couple sweeteners.Could add spinach/sweetcorn/peppers if wished. Bring to boil. Simmer until thickens.

Serve with pots and veg.
or with free noodles
or pasta
or salad and egg wraps(like tortillas)
or in hexb asds wholemeal pitta.

Thanks all sound delicous. Gonna try the kebabs, got some mint growing in garden with potatoes and veg. Knew i could on you guys- might even have another dish to my growing repetoire

lazy garlic is brilliant! i love it! even better, though, is the frozen pre-chopped garlic from ASDA - cheaper, and you get LOADS of it! Plus it doesn't take up room in your fridge/cupboard! Hard to find in some asda stores but worth its weight in gold!

Quite often buy the pre-chopped frozen onions now as well, as i hate smelly hands, knocks me sick when i go to do my make up the morning after i've been cooking! xxx
