Zumba

Well has anyone else on here tried this? I tried it for the first time tonight and i loved it, it was great fun.

A wee 45mins off from the kids lol!

If you've not yet tried it you should its a good laugh, i went with a crowd of us and it is in the community centre across the road from me so i really don't have any excusses to not go lol!!!!

I am so desperate to try it, but there are no classes near me...might have to invest in the DVD's me thinks!
