Losses on 810 compared to SS or SS+ ?

I am restarting back on CD after loosing 4 stone last year but have now put it back on stupidly plus even more weight! :cry:

I want to shift this weight once and for all but am not sure if i can sole source again.

I was wondering what are the losses like on the 810 plan for people?
