BLAH!?

Hi guys

I've stuck to my lipotrim 100% apart from 1 blip 3 months ago! I was determined to loose the weight so it didnt really make a difference to me when getting back on track.

BUT I promised my best friend (who knows about my diet) 2 month ago that by the time it came to her birthday (saturday just gone) I would be eating healthier and exercising instead of starving and being lazy! Didnt see the time fly by and because of my loses Ive been delaying getting back to eating! My aim is to lose the last stone with exercise and no lipotrim because I'm in it this for the long term!

Or so I thought.....we had a garden party on Friday and broke my diet at dinner due to my silly "I'll have to eat tomorrow anyway" mentality. On Saturday (my friends bday) I had real food for lunch and dinner. Did the same thing again of only lunch and dinner until yesterday.

I was overwhelmed with guilt this morning and decided to way myself before food passed my lips. AND suprise suprise I have put on a whopping 4lbs in 4days! BLAH! :sigh:

I know this is my fault, Im just angry at myself for being 6lbs away from goal and throwing myself of track! :break_diet:

Oh Deedee that is such ashame :sigh:, I know when you are coming off TFR you must follow re-feed and maintenance correctly otherwise the weight comes flying back on! The re-feed is to introduce simple foods then more complex foods throughout the week. I know if you touch any carbohydrate the first few days it just bounces the scales up rather than downwards!

Well the thing is that it's done now and there is nothing you can do (bar inventing a time machine and going back last Saturday but seriously who has the time?:p) Perhaps have a chat with your pharmacist and if you've decided to come off LT perhaps you could do the maintenance programme, Ive heard that people still lose (although alot smaller than TFR- naturally) weight on it...?

Hope it goes well and dont beat yourself up over it, you need positive attitudes now xxx :D

Awww never mind, as has already been said why not go on refeed/maintenance.....speak to your pharmacist and see what they think, especially being so close to target ........good luck x
