Any spinners?!

Hiya

I am new to MiniMins, just popping in to see what everyone is doing for exercise!

I am a total spin addict!! Started feb/march 2010 and now attend 3 classes a week 1x 1hr and 2x 45mins. I find these classes fabulous and come out feeling energised. Thanks to spin I've lost 15lbs already but really do need to get the diet aspect into shape so the classes can take some proper effect.

Anyone else out there loving spin? Anyone wanna share that they're doing?!

Would be great to hear from y'all
