Hey Everyone.

Ok I'm a total sceptic so when my friend said she had a a file for my Ipod that would help me lose weight I thought "Yea right"

But meh I put it on my ipod and got in the bath and had a listen!

Ok it's been a week since I started this and I've lost 7 pounds this week!
I norm lose 1-2 and 3 at the most but 7!!!

My Hunger have pretty much gone, I don't crave food and I eat when I need to.

It's a Hypno tape/cd kinda thing ya listen to and relax I honestly never thought this could work!!!!

WHAT THE HELL!

Hey that sounds great - I paid to go and see a hypnotherapist at the beginning of May and he said if I listened to his CD every day for a month I will see the benefits.... no benefits so far lol so I am going to see him again on Thursday (the second session is free) but I think its all a con. what were you listening to??

Doesn't sound dumb to me. I tried Paul McKenna's CDs last October, saw immediate results, stopped craving unhealthy food, and have lost 5 stone since then and still going. For me, it's all been about what's in my head, and replacing bad mental patterns with the programming from these CDs. Congrats on your weight loss!

any idea where i can get a file like that from? definatly sounds like something id like to try!

Hi I'm new to this site and I have a question:
When was the last time any of you wanted to lose something? It's not in our nature to want to lose stuff, we wouldn't want to lose our money, or our house, or our friends, or our job etc. We are programmed to GET stuff. Get more money, get a wonderful partner, get a good job/car/house etc.
So, maybe this whole 'lose weight' thing is around the wrong way. Maybe it should be about 'Getting' fitter, Getting healthier, Getting happier.
Any thoughts?
