Hello everyone!
Quite new to this, so advice and comments muchly appreciated!

Brekkie
2 of my 4 Ryvita dark rye (HeB) with reduced cheddar (HeA)
Pear

Snack
Strawberries, cherries & 1 syn-free yoghurt

Lunch
Left-over 1 portion of SW cheese & macaroni bake (yum yum!) -7syns

Snack
the other 2x Ryvita & cheese (all within HE's)
Strawberries

Dinner
SW egg fried rice

Probably will have some fruit later too. I'm just worrying that I might be eating too much? It doesn't really feel like a diet! Except I've cut down on some things, and eat more fruit and stuff.
